Gallivanting at home and abroad. Words by me, photos (mainly) by him.
One I’ve missed in London so glad to find it here. It’s becoming more difficult to get to London these days – or maybe its just that I’m getting too old to bother with the hassle!

With all the transport difficulties these days it’s hard to work up enthusiasm! We contended with on/off rail strikes then long flight delays.

Didn’t know that was there. Over 20 years since my last London visit. Would like to visit all the major parks again for old times sake.

Probably about the same since I’ve been in Central London. We both have sisters in London but well out of the centre.

I love the way the tree’s branches seem to be providing a protective covering for those who pass underneath.

Quite a lot of small things like this, plus some really interesting museums which will feature here one day.

And gosh … that tree’s already been around over 50 years.
