The Glasgow Gallivanter 
Thank you for posting about Cadder Church. My gt gt grandmother was born in Cadder and when she and her family left sometime between 1841 and 1851 they left her 2 wee brothers, both named William Gowans in the churchyard. The wall plaque confirms this is the church where they would have attended, although I have yet to find their baptisms.
