What a beautiful building! Where exactly is this?

The problem with writing about places I visited a while ago is that I can’t remember exact details! As far as I can recall, Senado Square is right in the centre of Macau but I’m not sure what the building is. Macau itself is an easy ferry ride from Hong Kong (I think it was a hovercraft actually).
