‘Jordanhill Campus’

University House

    • It isn’t genuinely Art Deco, it was built while I was there, possibly mid 90s. I did see one set of plans at an early stage in which it was to be demolished, but I don’t know what they are thinking now. Not hopeful.

The houses built at the back are very conventional but the ones near the Principal’s house are white townhouses / apartment blocks which do match reasonably well. Except this is Glasgow. They all have damp stains! No idea what they will do next – it’s a highly desirable area so I’m sure it won’t be the affordable housing the city needs.
